Tasmanian artist Raymond Arnold (Queenstown) has won the $20,000 Gallipoli Art Prize, at Gallipoli Memorial Club, for his painting titled The Dead March Here Today.
New Zealand born (Sydney based) artist Euan Macleod has won the $20,000 Gallipoli Art Prize for his painting titled Smoke/Pinklandscape/Shovel. Macleod’s winning work is a poignant evocation of the muddy trenches of World War I.
